If you've been paying attention to the Boston Music Scene within recent years then you would know the likes of a young woman who's been giving us some fun sounding trap music, amongst other sounds, since 2018, Chelley Marie! Coming from the Dorchester area of the city, she's been around musical creatives her whole life, including her older brother Prince Smooth, who's been a repeat guest on the podcast. However, Chelley didn't take to music immediately until she dropped her now 5yr old effort "The Rapping Makeup Artist". Although she hasn't released a full body of work in quite some time, she still made her presence felt with collaborations and singles until she took a recent break that had her "Chelley Gang" supporters wanting to hear more from the artist. As she recently dropped an EP in August, it's about that time for us to learn more about Chelley Marie and see what the hiatus was about!
