In this episode, we speak with Sara Porritt, Senior Director, OMD and USA Diversity and Inclusion Lead. Sara also runs her own podcast, Hear Us Roar Podcast. We had a great conversation with Sara which includes her story of moving to the US at a young age from China and her experience growing up in the US. Sara’s career path includes quitting high school twice to pursue a career in R&B music and eventually graduating from Princeton.
