Kara Diane Festa, a civil engineer by training, worked as a consultant for 20 years. She now coaches women in Engineering and other traditionally male-dominated fields. I was especially interested in hearing her thoughts on female leadership, her motivation to become a coach, and her thoughts on public speaking, of course.
