REQUEST A MEDITATION HERE.✨ This meditation is for people who feel uncomfortable or unsafe in social situations or suffer from social anxiety.

To relieve social anxiety and be comfortable in your voice, we must first offer grace and safe solace within ourselves. Just in the same way we generously extend it to others.  We must discover the ability to find the safe space inside ourselves that was pushed away when we were children. 

As the world gets more interconnected, it is our responsibility to ourselves to connect deeply with ourselves and remember our soul. Repeat the empowering affirmations daily, as they will give you the strength and courage to take your inner world and directly express it outwardly.
