Your inability to stay focused is not the artists fault. podcast
In this episode of MMH, I discussed how to receive other people’s experiences of you and not become defensive or take it to heart. I talked about the importance of listening to your loved ones and communicating to maintain healthy relationships. I also discussed how important it is to share your messages and experiences with the world, if that is what is in your heart and how to decipher when criticism is constructive or somebody is just pointing out a “flaw” in you because it has become inconvenient for them.(: I also talked about beginning my spiritual journey and how to be comfortable speaking your truth and doing your work, even if it may make others uncomfortable. I also tapped into the question: Who loves you even when you have NOTHING to offer?
