Sophie completed her PhD at UCL in 2013, which explored the mechanisms linking work stress, wellbeing and cardiovascular disease. A workplace evaluation of a mindfulness app led to an interest in digital medicine. As a Sleep Evangelist and Innovation Lead at Big Health, she is working towards the company’s mission to help millions of people to improve their sleep and mental wellbeing by harnessing the power of digital medicine.
