This week Adrienne speaks with Charlie Hedges. Charlie became the UK’s youngest ever breakfast DJ aged 19 when she joined Kiss FM in 2005. She was there for a record breaking 15 years during which time it became the biggest commercial breakfast show in the UK and won a Gold Sony Radio Award. In 2019 she joined Radio 1 along with her co-presenters Rickie and Melvin for their brand new evening show. As well as making radio and music, Charlie has DJ’d at some of the biggest events and festivals including Space Ibiza, Global Gathering, V Festival and Isle of Wight Fest.
The Power Hour podcast gets to know other people’s processes to greatness. Join Adrienne as she invites guest speakers from coaches, creatives and innovators to discuss their daily habits and the key to achieving personal success and well-being.
