Think back over the last week or in the next week, what are the moments that you immediately think about when we bring up Amazon? You might think of the website for sure. Maybe the commercials .. or the boxes that arrive at your doorstep.. but what about the things that you don’t think about at first?

What about a comment on TikTok, or a screenshot of your friends cart in the group chat or the van parked in the middle of your street?

If you haven’t noticed already, it might be around more than you think, but did you ever consider that each of those moments are kind of a subconscious exchange between you and the brand?
