#DaJaDavis was 28 year sold and lived in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Da’Ja was described by family and friends as ambitious, nurturing, and thoughtful. Da’Ja was a beautiful person inside and out and would do anything for anyone if she could. She was a selfless person and was known for always carrying a smile. The 28-year-old was said to be in a relationship with her child’s father 29-year-old #NapeolenCrane and not much was said about their relationship. According to Da’jas family they did not know of any problems between her and Crane. Da’Ja leaves behind 5 children ages ranging between 10 years old and 6 months. She loved her children and would do anything and everything for them.

Story Details: Thursday evening, dozens of police were outside a home on Shelley Street, where 28-year-old Da’ja Davis was found shot to death inside a car. Her six-month-old baby, Nyla, was missing. Kim says the family knew something was wrong when she stopped responding to phone calls and texts Wednesday evening. They contacted police 24 hours later. Not long after, detectives called with the grim news. Police say Da’Ja’s boyfriend, 29-year-old Napoleon Crane, shot her. He then took a car and their baby and headed to Pennsylvania where he’s from. BRPD on Thursday night issued an Amber Alert. Crane later died during a police exchange the next day. The baby was found safe.
