#3670: Women Don’t Betray – They Replace

podcast June 1, 2026

Background
share close

In this episode, I break down why many men see breakups as betrayal when, in reality, what’s happening is usually a positional shift. When a woman leaves for someone she believes is a better option, she’s recalibrating her position, not necessarily trying to personally attack you. I explain why looking at these situations emotionally keeps men stuck, while looking at them objectively helps you understand what actually happened.

Emotions can push you forward, but they should not control your direction. I talk about why men need to separate emotion from analysis so they can move smarter after heartbreak instead of reacting from pain.

Show Notes:

[04:02]#1 A perceived upgrade reframes the separation.

[09:01]#2 Your reaction determines your next position.

[14:33]#3 Hierarchy shifts demand recalibration, not resentment.
