Emotional range is often praised, but in this episode, I explain why narrowing it actually makes you stronger. Wide emotional swings create instability, poor decisions, and make you unreliable to yourself and others. High performers don’t suppress emotions, they reduce volatility so they can stay consistent. Show Notes:

Power Presence is not taught.
It is enforced.
If you are operating in environments where hesitation costs money, authority, or leverage, the Power Presence Mastermind exists as a controlled setting for discipline, execution, and consequence-based decision-making.
