Execution means actually doing what you plan or decide to do. Innovation is about coming up with new ideas or ways of doing things. Both are good, but guess what? Getting things done (that’s execution) is way more important. Today, I’ll tell you why focusing on getting stuff done matters more than always trying to be super creative.

Let’s keep it simple and figure out why making things happen is key!

Show Notes:

[04:09]#1 Most people go looking for a brand new idea when the old established idea will be perfectly fine for them.

[16:22]#2 No idea is worth anything if you will not follow it through to completion.

[30:54]#3 Most people can and will be lured around by their noses, always chasing the bright shiny objects.
