282: Actor Alisha Boe of ‘When You Finish Saving the World’

In this week’s episode of the Black Girl Nerds podcast, we welcome actor Alisha Boe.

Born in Norway and raised in Los Angeles, Boe is perhaps best known for her role as “Jessica” in the critically acclaimed and highly successful Netflix series ’13 Reasons Why’. On the big screen, Boe will next be seen in A24’s ‘When You Finish Saving the World’, Jesse Eisenberg’s directorial debut. Starring alongside, Julianne Moore and Finn Wolfhard, Boe plays the object of affection of an aspiring teenage internet musician, inspiring him to care more about the world outside of their small, Midwest town.
