It’s possible that others might become upset because you’re making decisions without taking their thoughts or perspectives into account. However, there are times when making such decisions becomes necessary. In today’s points, I will explain why and when you might need to make these kinds of decisions. Not everything in life can be resolved by seeking consensus before moving forward, and I’ll elaborate on why.
