She is the founder of Black Women Stitch, the sewing group where Black Lives Matter and host of Stitch Please audio show . 

She shares about her latest projects and recalls her experience in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2017 where she protested the incident where hundreds of white nationalists converged on Charlottesville, Virginia to protest the removal of a Confederate monument.
