She watched many people go through skills training & a little mindset work to gaining momentum & then going back because nothing in their mind, self-image, or longer-term habits had changed. She watched leaders fall away as quickly as they came, not because they did not know what to do, or their why wasn't strong enough, but because they didn't know how to maintain a strong mindset.
