J. Cole may have some competition for Oshane’s favorite rapper. Cool Que says he has been chilling and been low when it comes to social media but he knows even when he isn’t dropping music the streets and everybody who loves his music is always playing it. The reason the J. Cole reference is used is because we know Que takes time with his music and drops when he is ready. His music has substance and he is such an amazing story teller.
