Dr. Amos Wilson stated that OUR people suffer from what he calls “Super Nigga’erism,” where its leadership is expected to be perfect, or else they are discarded for even one flaw.  Brother-Teacher Steve Cokely taught us that the human race has a propensity for error. Is it fair and mature for OUR people to expect perfection from imperfect beings? Should the expectation be perfection…or excellence? ALSO….
