Osman's football journey hasn't only been impactful from the sidelines and off of the field… he was first a football player at the University of West Virginia! After graduating, he earned a position in the team's player development ranks, quickly growing into the role of Associate Director of Student Athlete Enhancement. It wasn't long before Osman was being recruited by Oregon football to become the Director of Player Development in Eugene, where he has been making a significant impact with the Ducks since 2023.
