Have you ever thought of the widow with having a prosperity consciousness in that she gave all she had? In this section Catherine says you have to do something drastic and prosper. I find this story very intriguing. Somehow this led to fasting for one modern day widow. Let’s Find out how. Here was her affirmation “generously I give, and richly I receive.” Isn’t it interesting that the pray & grow rich section also discusses fasting? So it’s a clue of what we should do? Seems like God is trying to tell me something for sure. What if us black girls would fast from food for 7 days? I have to admit I’ve never fasted from food for more than 24 hrs. Could I? Would I?
