It follows the classic tale of mermaid princess Ariel, who gambles her voice to the evil sea witch, Ursula, in order to experience life and love on land. The film stars Halle Bailey, Simone Ashley, Daveed Diggs, Awkwafina, Noma Dumezweni, Jude Akuwudike, and Adrian Christopher.
