Tonight, we will be reading “ The Doom of the Mischief-Maker” written by James Baldwin, published in 1914.
At a banquet in the city of Asgard, Loki also known as the Mischief-Maker set out to do as his name suggests. After killing a man and causing commotion and chaos, his life was spared in exchange for his banishment from the city. Loki agrees, and spends many years in hiding. As his name implies, he concocts a new plan to regain his place in Asgard only to get stopped by Thor and his crew and sentenced to a life of torture and pain.
