The ATF Is Using Warrantless Surveillance To Track Poor Gun Buyers

After Robert Olson, an attorney representing the Gun Owners of America (GOA) filed a FOIA lawsuit against the ATF, they found out that the federal government had using Americans’ income and gun purchases as an excuse to conduct warrantless tracking despite the absence of a crime.
