We are back in our “Teens at The Table” series! In this episode, mental health is the topic on the table. Christina is sitting with the teens to discuss mental health, and she asks them about what external factors impact their mental health. The teens share what they want adults to know about their mental health and the various ways social media and peer pressure negatively impact their mental health.
