This meditation is designed to allow you more space for grace. In order to release the pressure you may be feeling to be perfect or to be your strongest self. This meditation will allow you to see yourself as your whole being, and aknowledge all the feelings that may be coming up for you in a safe space of grace. No gatekeeping any feelings around here. Let’s recognize and let’s release the shame we may feel for having these feelings.
