Ready? Set? Boundaries.
Boundaries are so necessary in every area of our lives. We have to set boundaries within friendships, relationships, companionships in the workplace and even self. The lack of boundaries can leave you in situations that you could have avoided had you stood ten toes on what you were unwilling to accept, or even unwilling to do. Inconsistent boundaries can lead to a toxic situation. But setting healthy boundaries, especially when dating, increases the chances of dating people worthy of your time. Setting boundaries is one of the highest forms of respect you can have for self, but making sure others respect your boundaries is what’s most important. Press play and listen to Terry and Kam guide you on how to set boundaries and tell some stories about what can happen when you don’t!
