Today, I’m kickin’ it with Author and Mental Health Coach, Shawnti Refuge.
In order to grow personally and positively, we have to sometimes, learn how to find the lesson in whatever it is that we encounter. These occurrences can make or break us. The choice is ours which way we direct our energy.
Staying stuck ain’t cute, is a quote Shawnti says during this conversation and I got goosebumps. The message is powerful and impactful. Take a moment to bask over those words, ‘staying stuck ain’t cute.’
This episode may trigger some as we focus on the topic of healing. Please, take a moment to pause and gather yourself. Call a friend or a professional if you feel overwhelmed and anxious. These points are our opinions based of personal experiences.
Shawnti is a Mental Health Coach, so feel free to reach out to her as well.
Don’t allow yourself you get trapped in the misery loves company of others. Don’t allow yourself to break trying to pour into someone who has a broken cup.
This episode is one of my favorites to date. Be sure to share with a friend. Like and comment as well. I would love to hear your thoughts.
