RSMS Hour 4 | Governor Wes Moore of Maryland Joins DLHS and Jeff Johnson

The first black governor of Maryland, Gov. Wes Moore joins Jeff Johnson and the RSMS crew. Governor Moore is the third black governor of the US. Gov. Moore pardoned 175,000 for misdemeanor marijuana possessions from people’s record in Maryland.
