Russell Simmons is being accused of avoiding a legal deposition. Six months ago, he was served with a lawsuit at his resort in Bali for sexual assault by a Jane Doe. The woman in question was an employee of Russell Simmons at Def Jam who said is where Simmons assaulted her.
