The NFL sent rapper Lil Wayne a letter to apologize to him for not being selected to do the Super Bowl halftime show this year. Lil Wayne, a New Orleans native, was excited at the chance to be able to perform at the Super Bowl this year, but Kendrick Lamar was ultimately the one to perform.
