RSMS Hour 1 | NTSB Vows to Find Cause of American Airline Crash

The National Transportation Safety Board is vowing to find out what was the cause for the American Airline crash with an Army black hawk helicopter in the Potomac River. A spokesperson for the NTSB said that it is too soon to know if the cause was humor error or something else, but they will find the underlying cause of it.
