This meditation is to Reflect & Restore for the Restless Mind. The Overwhelmed mind that is stopping you from taking actions on your goals. Those of us that need to ctrl alt + delete and restart. It’s good to look at the bigger picture, but its also just as important to set and rest those newer small goals instead that will eventually be the foundation to build up to your bigger dreams.
