Your thermostat is what regulates what you get around you. Just like the thermostat in your house, if it’s set at 70 it doesn’t matter what you do your house is going to stay at 70 degrees. If you’ve convinced yourself that your partner can never change, then even if they do make small changes you’re never going to see it because you’re set on never see them!
