In this episode, I am candidly sharing why I decided to go to therapy after experiencing abandonment from my mother. Doing the inner work is never easy however in order to grow and be free to become the person you desire to be, you have to heal. When you experience trauma it changes who you are as a person and it’s so important that you talk through it with a professional to help you work through your emotions. I never claim to have all the answers I can just share what has worked for me and therapy has literally changed my life in more ways than I ever thought it would.
