Prisoner Escape?? hmm!

Something smells fishy. Daniel Abed Khalife escaped from prison in the UK but Chuckie isn’t all the way convinced it’s what we have been told it is. What do you think? Also, 800 billion is paid in taxes by British citizens, 200 billion is goes on health care. So why is the NHS so bad????
