Now tell me that aint insecure!

We start off this week by expressing to y’all the hard work we been putting in to make this podcast what it is and how we are laser focused on building and growing. And with that we do need a building fund! Shout out the cash app! But also Big Kendra mentioned feeling insecure about her big baby going across the country to visit family for 2 weeks. That led into us tapping in to all realms of insecurities, whether it be in the physical or within relationships with other people. We discuss where insecurities can stem from and how they show up in your adulthood. At the end of the day we have to check our insecurities because they are nothing more than traumas,  and be sure we don’t project them on to others. This was a therapy session for the books!
