First of all – HAPPY NEW YEAR! It’s been a minute, friends & kin, but I’M BACK BABY!!!  Sis was on some ol’ other ish. I was DEEP in the trenches of life, trying to navigate celebrating some really MAJOR things that should be celebrated and deal with heavy grief + just regular ol' LIFE = being ABSOLUTELY OVERWHELMED.  However, I'm back and working hard to climb out of the muck into the sunshine!

In this episode I am looking at a different way to approach new year’s resolutions and goals and a real serious look at compassion fatigue vs. burnout – they are NOT THE SAME! I share how to identify compassion fatigue as well as some strategies for dealing & healing with the condition. And yes it is a condition. I also discuss why I have decided to focus on RADICAL JOY in 2023. When you are on the brink of being extremely overwhelmed – you gotta go hard in the paint. No light work, just LIGHT WORK… You see what I did there?
