The family of a Black Minnesota man who was killed by a state trooper during a traffic stop filed a federal civil rights lawsuit, alleging that the fatal shooting was unjustified and unlawful. Civil Rights attorney Harry Daniels is back to discuss yet another case of a black man killed by law enforcement.
