Memphis City Councilwoman Pearl Walker will also outline the city’s plan for 2026 and what the goals mean for the city’s Black community. The MOVES Pam Africa will start the session by providing an update on political prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal and the ongoing fight for his freedom.
