As a young man with locs, he had some anxiety about graduating college and having to search for work. Would he face discrimination? What were other Black professionals saying? As it turned out, there wasn’t a bunch of information out there for him. This implored Walter to go out and find it. Listen in as Walt shares his story and what he’s found out along his journey.
