Write a love letter to your child(ren). If you don’t have children, you can write a letter to your future children or to a special child in your life (a student, a niece/nephew, cousin, god child, etc.). Let them know how special they are and what they mean to you. Pour your love into them. When you’re done, send it to them or read it to them. Allow them to bask in your admiration of them.
