January 6 committee expected to make criminal referral against Trump

The House committee investigating January 6 is expected to ask the Justice Department to pursue at least three criminal charges against former President Donald Trump, a source tells CNN. And, hundreds of tourists are stranded in the ancient city of Machu Picchu tonight as the train service to the area has been suspended because of violent protests in Peru.
