We live in a time when there is a thin line between arrogance and confidence. If you’re too confident, you need to be humble, but if you’re too humble, you get overlooked. The great Richard Penniman, aka Lil Richard, once said, “I’m not conceited; I’m convinced.” The man knew he was HIM, but it made the world uncomfortable. But why, though?
