We get stuck in these comfort Zones and resist change and that creates unnecessary struggles. Let me provide clarity….. when I say comfort zone it’s not always that what you are doing is easy… but rather you have adjusted to an act, behavior, or system and now accepted that as your way of doing things. So you can be productive, you can be influential…. you name the term but one thing that is consistent is change and if you are unwilling to adapt or make necessary changes you will risk falling behind or being asked to find something else to do….
