I am A Warrior // I Protect My Energy & Put Myself First Meditation

✨REQUEST A MEDITATION HERE.✨ What areas in my life have I been compromising or sacrificing for the sake of others? As the Olympics wrapped up this week, I was inspired by the numerous victories in particularly inspired by the courageous acts of Simone Biles and Osaka Naomi for putting their mental health first and foremost. This was by far one of the greatest victories in my eyes. They are warriors and you are too! And in the same way warriors protect their physical bodies with armor, we must protect our minds. This meditation for all those warriors out there, who need a reminder to trust yourself, and that your needs come first.
