Levante shared the innovative business model behind Take Another Chance. They acquire properties and convert them into sober living homes, charging residents a monthly fee per bed. For instance, in one of their homes, they charge $500 per bed, with a capacity of six beds across four rooms. They also have a house lead, someone who has been sober for at least six months, to help maintain a supportive environment.
