Chris Grenzig, founder of JAG Capital Partners, brings a wealth of multifamily real estate expertise to the Jacksonville and Orlando areas. From 2016 to 2020, Chris worked with Toro Real Estate Partners, helping acquire over 4,000 units across 23 properties. During his last three years there, he expanded the company’s Florida portfolio from 0 to 1,000 units across seven properties in Jacksonville.
In 2020, Chris launched JAG Capital Partners as a vertically integrated real estate company focused on value-add multifamily properties in Jacksonville. Since then, he has acquired and managed over 150 units, currently holding 51. In January 2024, Chris opened JAG Property Management to serve other residential property owners, providing management for single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and multifamily units from 1 to 80 units.
