How I Close Out Each Quarter: 5 Questions To Guide Quarterly Reflection & Planning

When it comes to leading or growing an institution, a habit of reflection, assessment, and planning is really important.  It’s an opportunity to take stock and make sense of the previous quarter, and to use that insight to make plans  – or reset existing plans – for the coming quarter. 

In today's episode, I'm sharing the quarterly check-in process that I've used for 15 years to help me stay on track, and reset when necessary.
