Red flags. We hear this term everywhere when it comes to dating and romantic relationships. However, have you thought about red flags in friendships, family, or even business relationships? We may like to joke around online about the red flags and although these tend to be lighthearted conversations, red flags in real life are no joke. They can tear down an individual’s self-esteem, self-confidence, and even identity.
