Andrew Reichert is the CEO and founder of Birgo, a private equity real estate firm based in Pittsburgh, managing $315 million in assets across 3,300+ multifamily units. Since launching Birgo in 2012, Andrew has grown the firm to over 90 employees, focusing on raising capital, acquiring, and managing multifamily residential properties. His leadership has helped many investors build wealth while fostering strong communities, providing a balanced approach to real estate investment that goes beyond mere financial returns.
A dedicated problem solver and entrepreneur, Andrew has founded four companies and worked with various startups, consistently aiming to empower people to achieve more. He co-hosts the podcast Real Returns with his business partner Daniel Croce, sharing insights on real estate investment.
